MANCHESTER, NH — The city in November settled a civil lawsuit with a woman who was a victim in the 2018 police misconduct case that resulted in the firing of two city police officers.

On Nov. 19 the city signed a $45,000 settlement with Amanda Rogers and her attorney,  Olivier Sakellarios of Manchester.

According to the seven-page document (see below) in addition to the $45,000 to cover legal costs and “personal injuries and sickness,” the city also agreed to pay medical expenses incurred by Rogers directly to Medicare as warranted, under the provisions of Medicare Safe Harbor clause.
