On Thursday, September 11, 2014 New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit arrested Chad Burdick, 27, 189 Laurel St., Apt. 2, Manchester, NH, after conducting an investigation in which Burdick allegedly passed a stolen prescription for Oxycodone at  CVS, 240-242 Main St., Nashua.

The prescription in question had originally been stolen from a doctor’s office in Brookline, Mass., according to police, where Chad Burdick had been working as a painter.

Chad Burdick was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail for a hearing set for November 5, 2014 at the 9th Circuit District Division-Nashua.
