MANCHESTER, NH — A 19-year-old city man died from a gunshot wound to the chest, authorities said in a news release issued Wednesday afternoon.

Someone dropped off Brian Clark Tuesday evening outside the Elliot at River’s Edge on Queen City Avenue.  Police were called and arriving officers saw he was suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest, an injury resulting in his death, according to an autopsy performed Wednesday.  The manner of his death is a homicide.

Investigators said more information will be released as it becomes available.
