Chamber appoints new Board Chair and elects 6 new board members

MANCHESTER, NH – Frank Wells has been named the new Chairman of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In addition, six new members were elected to the Board of Directors.

Frank Wells is Chairman and Managing Director of Hoyle Tanner & Associates, Inc. and will serve a two-year term as Board Chair. New board members include William Brewster od Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare; Donna Gamache of Eversource; Matt Kfoury of Central Paper; Genella McDonald of Stibler Associates; Thomas Malafronte of Manchester-Boston Regional Airport; and Nathan Saller of Bellwether Community Credit Union.

“The GMCC is thrilled to welcome such a strong class of new members to our Board of Directors,” said Mike Skelton, GMCC President & CEO. “Under the leadership of Chair Frank Wells, our board is poised to continue to guide the GMCC towards accomplishing its mission of enhancing our region’s business climate.”

Russ Ouellette of Sojourn Partners, will now serve on the GMCC Executive Committee as Past Chairman. The GMCC thanks all outgoing board members for their service to the GMCC: Rick Brenner of New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Ron Covey of St. Mary’s Bank, Marie McKay of Bigelow & Company CPA, PC;  Dianne Mercier of People’s United Bank; and Paul Ramsey of Eversourc,.

The GMCC’s BOD is the governing and policymaking body for the organization. The BOD is responsible for ensuring the GMCC is accomplishing its mission and implementing the organization’s strategic plan. The BOD is representative of the Chamber’s diverse membership and nominations to the BOD are considered annually.
