Card holders are invited to partake in free wine tastings and other freebies at five NH vineyards on May 17, exclusively for AARP members and their guests.

This event is back by popular demand!

Participating winemakers include: Flag Hill Winery in Lee; Sweet Baby Vineyard in East Kingston; Jewell Towne Vineyards in South Hampton; Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown; and Windroc Vineyard in Newfields, who will be bringing their best wine and spirits to the table for tastings and other perks.

AARP members must show their AARP membership card and photo ID to access the specials.  Directions and other information can be found at www.aarp.org/nh.  (Note that Jewell Towne Vineyards requires reservations this year.)

The list, location and hours of the five participating wineries follow:

Flag Hill Winery, 297 River Road, Lee

Free tastings:  11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Free tours:  11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Free wine glass

Sweet Baby Vineyard, 14 Powwow River Road, East Kingston

Free tastings:  12 – 5 p.m.

Jewell Towne Vineyards, 183 Whitehall Road, South Hampton

Free tastings:  11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
