MANCHESTER, NH – The Manchester Police Department is proud to partner with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats to participate in the 36th Annual National Night Out (NNO) crime and drug prevention event, which will take place on August 6, 2019, at Delta Dental Stadium. This annual event will involve over 16,825 communities in all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases around the world.

National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime efforts; strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships, and send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and working with local law enforcement.

The Manchester Police Department strives to meet community needs and has more than 40 crime watch groups throughout the city, as well as multiple proactive community policing initiatives; to include free programs at the Manchester Police Athletic League/Officer Michael Briggs Community Center, Citizens Police Academy, Youth Leadership Academy, Cops and Kids and the monthly Community Advisory Board.

Please consider attending the game and plan to arrive between 5:45 and 7 p.m. to see a static display of police assets, including the Mounted Unit prior to the start of the baseball game.  Tickets will be sold for $12 each and a portion of all ticket sales will directly benefit the Manchester Police Athletic League.
