MANCHESTER, NH – Catherine A. Leafe, 59, of Manchester died October 9, 2017 at the Elliot Hospital surrounded by her loving family. 

Born in Manchester on June 6, 1958, she was the daughter of Frederick E. and Rita R. (Dube) Leafe. She was educated in the local school system and graduated from Manchester Memorial High School.

 Most recently, she had been self-employed as a cosmetologist and designer for many years. 

Catherine enjoyed decorating, fashion, and was an expert seamstress. She loved animals and cherished time spent with her dog CoCo. 

Above all else she will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed by all. 

Family members include her husband, Guy Ouellette of Manchester; her daughter, Megan Ramos and husband Robert of Kittery Point, ME; her granddaughter, Giana Ramos of Kittery Point, ME; two brothers, Scott and Kenneth Leafe; nephews, nieces, and cousins. 

Per Catherine’s wishes, there are no calling hours. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association, 2 Wall St, Room 104, Manchester, NH 03101 or to the Manchester Animal Shelter, 490 Dunbarton Road, Manchester, NH 03102.
