Boston Marathon Bombing survivor to headline TechWomen|TechGirls Annual Awards Luncheon

TechWomen|TechGirls, a program of the New Hampshire High Tech Council (Council) has announced the keynote speaker for its second annual Awards Luncheon on April 5. Roseann Sdoia, a Boston Marathon bombing survivor, amputee, and motivational speaker, will share her powerful and personal story of perseverance and will offer lessons learned throughout her challenging comeback journey. She will also touch upon the innovative technology used throughout her recovery as an amputee that allows her to continue to live a highly productive and fulfilling life. READ MORE

MCC to host VEX Robotics State Championship competition on Feb. 18

The Robotics Education & Competition (REC) Foundation has chosen Manchester Community College (MCC) to host the Robotics State Championship for New Hampshire and Vermont. The event is expected to attract 40 teams with students from middle and high school competing in the VEX Robotics Competition. These teams will be competing for 6 invitations to the VEX Robotics World Championship in April. READ MORE
