Car salesman allegedly dealing drugs from his Schiller Street business

Screen Shot 2015-01-27 at 11.18.45 AMMANCHESTER, NH – Nery Cruz, 46, owner of Just Cruzin Auto Sales, 73 Schiller St., was arrested Jan. 26 after Manchester police detectives executed a search warrant at his place of business, part of an ongoing drug investigation.

Police learned that Cruz was allegedly selling illegal narcotics from his business. Upon arrival, detectives located 12 individually wrapped bags of a white powdery substance (16.5 grams) believed to be cocaine and 30 grams of a white powdery substance believed to be used as a “cutting agent.” Detective Harrington located a small, white chunky substance believe to be crack-cocaine (.5 grams). They also located a multitude of paraphernalia commonly used in packaging illegal narcotics. Plastic bags, razor blades and $635 in cash was also seized in the raid.

Cruz was charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug also a felony. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled in court on March 2.
