Benefit to help local children on Aug. 11

MANCHESTER, NH — Local residents are gathering on Aug. 11 to help a family in need.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., residents are holding a fundraiser near the Little League field at Sheehan-Basquil Park to help three children.

Those three children, Aaliyah, Anthony and Alex, are still coping with loss of their mother and younger sister in a car accident; a car accident that also left their stepfather in critical condition.

All donations will be accepted and food will be on sale at the event, with all proceeds going toward the children.
