While children and their families catch up with friends and see teachers, they’ll also have a chance to meet Bakersville’s new principal, Kate Josef. There will be music, fun activities, and a special appearance by a Manchester Fire Station 7 hook and ladder truck.

Many members of the community are contributing to the festivities. Donations of food and supplies have come from Bakersville staff, The Pie Guy, Theo’s Restaurant, Carrier Construction, Lombardi & Lombardi General Dentistry, Staples, NH Higher Education Assistance Foundation, and Kelly Entertainment. Holly’s Kona Ice truck will be there and give a portion of sales that evening to Bakersville.
