Autopsy results in, 2 others identified in Quality Inn standoff

CONCORD, NH — Authorities have identified the two people found dead inside the Quality Inn following a police stand-off Wednesday night into Thursday morning resulting in the death of Stephen Marshal, 51, in an officer-involved shooting.

Christian St. Cyr, 27, and Brandie Tarantino, 21, were found dead inside the hotel room where the three were staying. Autopsies are scheduled for March 29.

Associate Medical Examiner Christine James has determined that the cause of Marshall’s death was multiple gunshot wounds to the trunk and extremities. The manner of Marshall’s death was homicide. As used by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, homicide is defined as the killing of one person by another. The investigation into the circumstances leading up to and surrounding the deaths of Stephen Marshall, Christian St. Cyr, and Brandie Tarantino remains ongoing.

The next anticipated release of information will be following the completion of St.  the autopsies on St. Cyr and Tarantino’s autopsies.
