Kory Almand, 34, of Manchester, was arrested July 25, 2017, by NH State Police following a four-month narcotics trafficking investigation. He was charged with possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, among other charges. READ MORE
Leonard Constant was arrested and charged with operating after suspension, reckless conduct and possession of a controlled drug. He was bailed and ordered to appear at the Manchester Circuit Court to answer to the above charges. READ MORE
