CONCORD, NH – Dale Holloway, 37, has been charged with first-degree assault in connection with an incident on Monday, October 21, 2019, at the Hillsborough County House of Correction.
It is alleged that Holloway assaulted his public defender Michael Davidow, causing serious injuries to his head and face.
Holloway is expected to be arraigned on October 22, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. through the Hillsborough County Superior Court – -Northern District in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Earlier Monday the Attorney General’s office reported an investigation by the Manchester Police Department was underway related to an alleged assault by Holloway on an unnamed individual.
The alleged assault took place Monday morning at Valley Street Jail during a meeting between Holloway and Davidow, his attorney.
Holloway was charged for the attempted murder of Bishop Stanley Choate on Saturday, October, 12 at a church in Pelham.
The Boston Herald reports that Holloway has ties to the Latin Kings gang and has an extensive rap sheet in Massachusetts. Holloway has spent more than a third of his life in jail and was most recently released from prison on Dec. 18, 2018, according to the Herald.
