After attack, 3 party people arrested – 2 for assault and robbery, 1 on an outstanding warrant

Police found the stolen purse in plain view at a Hooksett house party.

HOOKSETT, NH – On May 17, 2017 at 3:17 a.m., Hooksett Police received a report of suspicious activity on Londonderry Turnpike. When Officers arrived they found a woman with minor injuries who claimed to have just been assaulted and robbed of her purse at a house up the road.

Hooksett Police investigated this allegation which led them to 192 Londonderry Turnpike, where there had been a small party that the woman was attending. After attempting to make contact with people inside and having no success, officers looked around the home and found that the purse that had been stolen was located in plain sight inside the home. A search warrant was obtained and eventually police entered the home and encountered several people inside.   After further investigation police took three people into custody:

Brittany Mayo, 20, of Pittsfield, and Olivia Naya, 19, of Concord, were arrested and charged with robbery. Among the several other people in the home, police also arrested Jalen Murchison, 20, of Hooksett, who was also taken into custody for an electronic bench warrant out of Manchester District Court.

Murchinson was released on $695 personal recognizance bail with a court date out of Manchester on May 31, 2017. Both Mayo and Naya were released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, with a court date of June 8, 2017 at the Merrimack County Superior Court.
