Screenshot 20190109 110038HOOKSETT,  NH — On Jan. 7, 2019 at approximately 1:13 a.m.. New Hampshire State Police Troop D responded to the Hooksett Toll plaza off of Exit 11 on Interstate 93 toward Hackett Hill Road for a report of an armed robbery.

The toll attendant working at the time stated that a silver passenger car pulled up to the tolls and a man exited the vehicle demanding money. The toll attendant stated that the man was wielding a knife as he made demands to put all of the money inside of a bag.

The robber fled the scene after only taking a coin bag from within the booth. The toll attendant was not injured during this incident.

The robber was described as a white male, between 5’10 and 6’0 feet tall, with blue eyes. He was described to be wearing a blue ski-style mask, black coat and jeans.

State Police is working with the NH Bureau of Turnpikes to investigate this case and with their assistance has obtained video and photographs.
