Armed robber gets away with cash from Page Street Market

Screen Shot 2014-11-24 at 11.48.57 AMMANCHESTER, NH – Police are investigating an armed robbery at Page Street Market on Nov. 23.

At about 3:18 p.m. a clerk from the store, located at Page and Hanover streets, reported to police that a masked gunman entered the small convenience store and demanded cash while displaying a black semi-automatic handgun. The clerk gave the assailant an undisclosed amount of cash and the robber fled on foot.

The robber was described as a white male, approximately 6-feet-tall, thin build, wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black mask, black hat and white sneakers.

He was last seen heading north on Page Street.

An attempt to track the robber using a police dog was unsuccessful, police said.
