April 8: Let Manchester Police Senior Walks put some spring in your step

MANCHESTER, NH – It’s time to dust off your social exercise calendars in anticipation of spring and the Manchester Police Community Policing Division’s 2019 Spring Senior Walks, which kick off April 8.

These walks allow seniors to exercise, socialize and experience Manchester with Manchester police officers.  Walks are held Monday mornings at 9 a.m. unless otherwise noted.  Walks are approx. 2-3 miles and take about one hour to complete.

Spring Schedule

  • April 8, 2019 Manchester River Walk – East – Meet at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel parking lot @ 101 S. Commercial Street.
  • April 15, 2019 Livingston Park – Meet in parking lot near the playground, Hooksett Road @ Redcoat Lane.
  • April 22, 2019 Massabesic Lake Trail – Meet in the paved parking lot off Londonderry Turnpike, just south of the Massabesic Traffic Circle.
  • April 29, 2019 Manchester River Walk – West – Meet at the rear of the West Side Ice Arena @ Electric Street.
  • May 6, 2019 Weston Tower – Meet at the parking near the baseball field across from Trinity High School
  • May 13, 2019 Manchester/Goffstown Rail Trail – Meet at the front of the West Side Ice Arena @ Electric Street.
  • May 20, 2019 Manchester River Walk – Meet at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel parking lot @ 101 S. Commercial Street.
  • May 28, 2019 Livingston Park – Meet in parking lot near the playground, Hooksett Road @ Redcoat Lane.
  • June 3, 2019 Massabesic Lake Trail – Meet in the paved parking lot off Londonderry Turnpike just south of the Massabesic Traffic Circle.
  • June 10, 2019 Manchester/Goffstown Rail Trail – Meet at the front of the West Side Ice Arena @ Electric Street.
