MANCHESTER, NH – The annual Veterans’ Day Parade will be held on November 11, 2018 at 10:40 a.m.
Police advise that the parade route will cause the closure of Elm Street from Webster to Granite streets beginning at 10 a.m. and motorists should seek alternate routes.
The closure of Elm Street will cause traffic delays on adjacent streets and those parallel to Elm Street. Additionally eastbound traffic on the Amoskeag Bridge will be diverted to Canal Street and the eastbound span of the Bridge Street Bridge will be closed – westbound traffic on both bridges will not be possible during the parade.
Motorists wishing to cross the Merrimack River are urged to use the Queen City Bridge or the Granite Street Bridge.
