CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections Correctional Industries announces that its annual plant sale will be held at the Correctional Industries Retail Showroom, 314 North State St. in Concord May 22, 2017 and run until all of the plants are sold.
Plants for sale will include a variety of annual flowers, vegetables and herbs.
The plants will be on display in the greenhouse outside the retail showroom. All forms of payment including personal checks, Visa and Master Card, and cash will be accepted for purchase.
The plants are cared for by workers in the Correctional Industries program.
This year the plant sale coincides with the Correctional Industries Retail Showroom’s first anniversary, which, during the month of May, is offering 20-50 percent discounts on many store items.
Store hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p..m and Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The store is closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
