MANCHESTER, NHAmoskeag Health (formerly Manchester Community Health Center) is pleased to announce the hiring of David Wagner as Chief Operating Officer.

Wagner, a New Orleans native, brings 30+ years of experience running health systems including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). He has served as Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer during his career ensuring quality, financial, and operational compliance to the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) 330 program guidelines. Wagner has proven experience in strategic planning, quality improvement, operational efficiency, and staff development.

Wagner holds an Executive Master’s in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans (UNO), a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning also from UNO, and a BA in International Business and Finance from Loyola University.

As a Certified Medical Practice Executive and LEAN Sigma Six Green Belt, Wagner will guide Amoskeag Health to operational excellence as it grows to meet the community’s health care needs.
