CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and New Hampshire State Police Colonel Robert L. Quinn announce that the investigation has been completed into use of deadly force in Peterborough on June 21, 2016, in which Lane Lesko, 19, was shot and killed by Greenfield Police Chief Brian Giammarino.
