A fourth shooting incident under investigation

MANCHESTER, NH – On Oct. 14, 2018, at approximately 5:08 p.m., officers responded to the area of North Church and Myrtle Streets for a report of a gunshot heard.

Upon arrival, officers located a spent shell casing, and a male victim. The man was treated at the scene by EMS for non-life threatening injuries as a result of the incident. No further injuries were reported, and no details were released about the circumstances that led to the shooting.

This is the fourth shooting incident police have responded to since Oct. 13. Police have referred to each incident as “isolated,” and also have said there is no danger to the public.

There have been no arrests in any of the four shootings.
