MANCHESTER, NH — Damien Seace, 35, has been arrested for the murder of Jennifer Burpee, 45, on Tuesday, July 23, 2019. He faces two counts of second-degree murder, according to Senior Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Agati.
Police officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at Apt #708, 55 Amory St., in Manchester. A 9-1-1 call was made from the residence in which a female caller said that “Damien” was pounding on her door. Upon arrival, officers discovered the resident, Jennifer Burpee, deceased inside her apartment. Shortly thereafter, officers discovered her boyfriend, Seace, hiding in the apartment bathroom.

Seace has been arrested on alternative counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder for killing Jennifer Burpee by inflicting blunt force trauma to her body with a piece of furniture.
Seace is being held awaiting arraignment. His arraignment is currently scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 1 p.m.. in Hillsborough County Superior Court – Northern District in Manchester. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has scheduled Jennifer Burpee’s autopsy for Thursday, July 25, 2019.
All parties involved in this incident have been identified by the Manchester Police Department. The charges and allegations are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
On Jennifer Burpee’s Facebook page, she notes that the page, titled “Jenny Damien Burpee,” is a page they shared. “ME AND MY MARINE HUSBAND DAMIEN ARE ETERNAL SOULMATES…THIS IS OUR SHARED PAGE,” was written in the page description.
