63rd Annual NH Fire Parade set for Oct. 8 in Manchester

2016 annual Fire Parade went off despite the rain. Hoping for sunny skies in 2017./MFD

MANCHESTER, NH – The Manchester, NH Fire Department will kick off National Fire Prevention Week on Sunday, October 8, 2017, with New England’s largest parade of firefighting and emergency apparatus, the 63rd Annual Fire Parade.

Starting time for the annual parade is noon from the assembly point at Elm and Webster streets. Line-up for the parade starts at 11 a.m.

The public is invited to participate or just watch. All are welcome. Also on the agenda will be coffee and donuts. Serving time is scheduled for 9 a.m. right on the apparatus floor in the headquarters building. This is provided for those people who will be participating in the parade.
