6 arrested in connection with Walker Street brawl

MANCHESTER, NH – Multiple patrol officers responded to 130 Walker Street just after 3 p.m. on Feb. 21 for a report of a large fight. Officers arrived and located two men who sustained injuries during the altercation. A 19-year-old man sustained a stab wound to his upper back and left arm and a 28-year-old man sustained a head injury. Both men were treated for non-life threatening injuries at area hospitals and later released.

Police were called back to the area of 130 Walker Street around 6:35 p.m. Wednesday for another altercation. A 56-year-old female had been knocked unconscious during the altercation. She refused medical treatment at the scene.

Police arrested the following individuals in front of 130 Walker Street:

Felicia Johonnett, 19; Norman Johonnett, 22; Roger Johonnett, 19; Joseph Ticas, 27; and Enrique Ayala, 18, all of Manchester; Also arrested, Katelyn Riley, 20, of Bedford.

The six individuals were charged with riot for engaging in violent behavior which recklessly created a risk of public alarm after a physical confrontation between the residents of 130 Walker St. on a public roadway. Five of the six were released on $1,000 cash/surety bail and are scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North on March 8, 2018.

Norman Johonnett was charged with riot and violation of bail conditions. He is scheduled to appear in District court on Feb. 22.

Police did not disclose what the initial altercation was about, citing an ongoing investigation by detectives.
