MANCHESTER, NH – An early morning fire June 16 inside the 22-story Brady Sullivan high-rise on Elm Street caused extensive damaged to an office space on the 18th floor, and residual damage from smoke and water to  the 16th and 17th floors.

Fire companies arrived just before 4 a.m. to find a water flow originating from the offices of Shaheen Bass and Phinney, where sprinklers contained the fire.

Extensive salvage operations were required on the 17th floor to preserve records and equipment. District Chief Hank Martineau said sprinklers were key in containing the fire.

The fire is under investigation and appears to be accidental. Damage is estimated at $50,000.
