Officer Chad Tennis and his police dog, Ace, made entry into the store where they located Kevin Norling, 52, and Scott Trudeau, 52, also identified as homeless, laying on the floor in the back room. They were taken into custody without incident.

Police contacted the business owner who confirmed that no one had permission to access the store.

All five were charged with criminal trespass. Norling and Trudeau were also charged with resisting arrest. Norling is currently out bail from the 9th Circuit District Manchester on previous undisclosed charges and was subsequently found to also be in violation of bail conditions and held without bail.
