MANCHESTER, NH – Five people were arrested June 30 by Manchester Police as the result of a prostitution sting conducted in the area of Enright Park, Manchester and Lincoln streets, including the owner of a longtime downtown jewelry store.

Police say the operation was due to numerous complaints about prostitution in the area.  Charges included solicitation and indecent exposure.

On three separate occasions, three males approached the undercover officer and offered money in exchange for a sexual act. These three men were arrested and charged with solicitation. They were identified by police as:

Semir Muslimovic, 50, of Manchester;  Miguel Sanchez Caraballo,  53, of Manchester; and David Fineblit, 64, of Bedford, who is owner of Pearson’s Jewelry on Elm Street.

Also while conducting the operation, officers noticed a woman who had been arrested for prostitution in the past walking in the area of Lincoln Street, identified as Kianna-Leigh Harrison, 19, homeless. The officers then noticed a vehicle traveling on Lincoln Street slow down and come to a stop near Harrison, who got into the passenger side of the vehicle. Officers followed the vehicle to a parking lot on Hanover Street where the officers observed Harrison and the male driver engage in a sexual act next to a senior housing building. Harrison and the driver, identified as Charles McMillan, 36, of Manchester, were both charged with indecent exposure.
