5 arrested after fight outside Fire & Ice Hookah Bar

MANCHESTER, NH – Five people were arrested July 2 after a brawl outside Fire & Ice Hookah Bar.

At approximately 1:30 a.m. Officer Chad Tennis was working a uniform detail at USA Chicken and Biscuit 990 Elm St., when his attention was drawn to a large crowd, approximately 30-40 individuals, exiting Fire & Ice Hookah Bar located next door to the restaurant. The crowd began to push, shove and shout at one another resulting in a large scale brawl. Officer Tennis radioed for assistance in an attempt to stop the brawl. Several officers arrived to disperse the crowd. Five individuals remained engaged in “tumultuous disorderly behavior.” The following individuals were arrested:

Isaac Velez, 19, of 7A Chester Turnpike, Apt. 8, Hooksett, charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.

Geoffrey Cmar, 31, 25 Rocky Point Drive, Bow, charged with Disorderly Conduct (M).   [No photo available.]

Stephen Marshall, 22, 1118 Kaye Ct, Burlington, NJ, charged with Disorderly Conduct (M) 2 counts, Resisting Arrest (M), Loitering/Prowling (V), Possession of Controlled Drugs (M), Falsifying Physical Evidence (F), Contempt of Court (M). Marshall will be arraigned in the 9th Circuit District on July 5th, 2016.
