MANCHESTER, NH — Three people were arrested on Feb. 24 by Manchester Police in connection with an early-morning a burglary.
At approximately 3:50 a.m. Manchester Police responded to 452 Pine St. in for a burglary in progress. Officers were informed that three people were involved and forced their way into an apartment by kicking open the door. Upon arrival to the address, officers observed a man carrying a flat screen television running from the rear of the address. The man refused to stop when police ordered him to, and after a brief chase, officers apprehended and arrested Jeremy Mastro, 3o, of Candia, who was charged with burglary and resisting arrest.
Additional officers responded to the apartment and second man still inside of the apartment. David Mitchell, 31, of Raymond was also arrested and charged with burglary and resisting arrest.
A third person involved in the incident was found walking outside in an alleyway carrying bags full of items that were determined to be taken during the burglary. She attempted to hide the items in the alleyway, according to police, who arrested Tanya Bousquet, 30, of Manchester, who was charged with possession of stolen property; and falsifying physical evidence.
All three refused to speak with the bail commissioner and will appear in court on February 25, 2016.
