2 seriously injured when cars collide on Kelley Street Bridge

MANCHESTER, NH – Police are investigating the cause of a two-vehicle crash Tuesday on the Nazaire-Biron Bridge, also known as the Kelley Street Bridge.

On Nov. 24 at 10:51 a.m. police were dispatched for a reported crash on the bridge. According to preliminary investigation, a 2004 Chevy Astrovan, driven by a 43-year-old woman from Manchester, was traveling east on the bridge when the vehicle crossed into the westbound lane and crashed with a 2008 Toyota Yaris driven by a 28-year-old Manchester woman. Both drivers sustained serious injuries. Their names were not released by police.

The crash remains under investigation by the Manchester Police Traffic Unit Collision Reconstruction and Analysis Team. Anyone with information regarding this crash is urged to contact the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711.
