MANCHESTER, NH
—Two Nashua men were arrested Sunday after reportedly following a truck and using a gun to threaten the occupants victims.

According to Manchester Police,  on  Nov. 8 at approximately 9:35 p.m., officers were flagged down in the area of South Willow Street and the I-293 off ramp. Four individuals in a pick-up truck reported to police that they were being chased by a red Nissan bearing a New York registration. The victims reported that the driver of the Nissan displayed a handgun. One of the victims indicated that he had been threatened earlier, which led up to the chase. The Nissan passed by the officers and was stopped by police in the Mall of New Hampshire parking lot.

During the investigation, the officers located an unloaded .40 caliber handgun with a separately loaded magazine. The investigation revealed a felony criminal threatening and felony criminal liability had occurred leading to the arrest of Meknear Owm, 23, and Brendan Leng, 21, both of Nashua. Both were scheduled for arraignment Nov. 9 in the 9th Circuit Manchester District Court. Owm was charged with felony criminal threatening and Leng was charged with felony criminal liability.
