MANCHESTER, NH — Two city men are charged with sexually assaulting three juveniles who had “walked away” from the Granite Pathways Youth Treatment Center on River Road and were missing as of Tuesday night.
Matthew Hugle, 25, and Chasrick Heredia, 24, face two counts felonious sexual assault and three counts of intentional contribution to delinquency.
Manchester Police began working on a case involving the missing juveniles who walked away from the non-secured facility late Tuesday night, police said.
The two teenagers (ages 15 and 16) who returned to Granite Pathways claimed to have been sexually assaulted during the time they were away from the center. They also told authorities the third female may have gone off with the same men who allegedly sexually assaulted them. The investigation revealed all three juveniles were sexually assaulted by two men who were later identified and arrested.
Members of the Patrol Division and Juvenile Investigators worked collaboratively with the Manchester SWAT team to locate the third juvenile at a Ledgewood Road address Wednesday morning. The Manchester Police SWAT team located the missing 15-year-old and arrested Hugle from a Ledgewood Road address around 8 a.m.
