CONCORD, NH – On Aug. 25, 2019, at approximately 1:30 a.m. State Police responded to a report of a head-on motor vehicle accident on Route 155 in the town of Madbury. Police observed two vehicles with heavy front end damage in the middle of the roadway. Preliminary investigation revealed one of the vehicles crossed the solid yellow striking the other. The operators involved were identified as Thomas Martinez, 30, of Dover, and Seamus Kirwan, 27, of Goffstown.
Martinez was transported to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston with life-threatening injuries and Kirwan was transported to Wentworth Douglas with non-life threatening injuries. This crash remains under investigation.
