Just before 4 p.m. on May 19 Manchester Police were dispatched to the area of 326 Lincoln St. for a reported altercation. Officers learned that during the altercation between two groups, a man described as a black male with long dreadlocks displayed a firearm and was seen waving it around before leaving the area with several others, prior to police arrival.

Police located a person matching the description of one of those involved in the reported fight in a rear building on 330 Lincoln St. Officers attempted to have the man exit the building but it appeared the person or persons inside of the building where attempting to hide from police. After repeated requests for the people to exit the building, two men finally exited.
