MANCHESTER, NH – At approximately 6:42 p.m. multiple police units responded to the area of 145 Lakeside Drive for a report of approximately 10 to 12 gunshots. One caller reported that an unknown male subject was in the rear of 145 Lakeside Drive firing a rifle.
Responding units were able to confirm that the shots came from the rear of 145 Lakeside Drive. The Bearcat was deployed to the address and the occupants were called out. The occupants were detained and questioned in regards to the shooting.
As a result of the subsequent investigation Joshua Forrester, 29, and Davin Luther, 42, both of Manchester were both charged with reckless conduct (class B felony).
