MANCHESTER, NH — The 10th annual “Fiesta” Drum & Bugle Corps Competition returns to the Queen City on Saturday, July 23 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Memorial High School’s Chabot-McDonough Field.

Presented by Manchester’s Muchachos Drum & Bugle Corps and IAM – Inspire Arts & Music, the show, part of Drum Corps International’s “2016 Summer Music Tour,” is the only show of its kind in the Granite State this summer, and will feature seven units performing in exhibition and competition.  Back by popular demand from last year’s event will be the return of the drum line battle rounds – where drum line ensembles from the competing units will square off in face-to-face competition with each other and the audience choosing the final two units that will battle each other for the top percussion ensemble award of the evening.

corps incorporating, brass, percussion, dance and choreography.  Participating units include the host Muchachos, the famed Boston Crusaders Senior Corps and the newly re-organized North Star Alumni Drum & Bugle Corps from Peabody, Mass.  The competition portion of the show will feature Nashua’s Spartans, the 7th Regiment from New London, CT. the Legends Drum & Bugle Corps from Kalamazoo, Mi. and Les Stentors from Sherbrooke; Quebec.

Several food trucks will be on site with various items for purchase throughout the evening.

Tickets for the event are available at $15 – $17 and available at www.dci.org or by calling 317-275-1212.  Ticket prices will increase by $5 on the day of the show and will be available at the local box office.
