MANCHESTER, NH – Tabatha A. Zukowski, 28, of Epping, was arrested as a fugitive from justice after she was stopped on I-293 by NH State Police for a routine traffic violation.

On Saturday, January 21, 2017 at approximately 7:15 a.m.  NH State Police Troopers Czyzowski and Roger stopped a 2005 Dodge minivan with Pennsylvania license plates for a lane control violation on I-293 northbound in Manchester.  Zukowski initially gave the Troopers a false name and date of birth. However, through their investigation the operator was identified as Tabatha A. Zukowski, 28, Epping.

A license check revealed that Zukowski has a warrant out of the state of Pennsylvania as a  fugitive from justice. Zukowski also has an electronic bench warrant in New Hampshire for fugitive from justice. Zukowski was arrested and booked at NH State Police Troop-B Barracks.

Zukowski is being charged with fugitive from justice, disobeying a police officer and operating after suspension.

Zukowski is being held on fugitive from justice charges and is expected to be arraigned on Monday. Once a hearing is scheduled and held, Zukowski will be extradited back to the State of Pennsylvania to answer to the charges.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is requested to contact Trooper S. Czyzowski or Trooper D. Roger at the NH State Police – Troop B barracks at 603-223-4381.
