Karen Chloros Rozansky, 52, of Manchester, was taken to Elliot Hospital for minor injuries following a crash around 9 a.m. near 609 Cohas Avenue on Sept. 23.

Rozansky was the lone occupant of the vehicle when rescuers arrived, and initially told police she wasn’t driving, but rather was a passenger in the van.

Officer Beau Bernard spoke to her about the crash and eventually determined she had been the operator of the vehicle. She was charged with false report to a law enforcement officer (misdemeanor). She was also charged with operating under the influence of liquor or drugs (misdemeanor) and operating after suspension or revocation (misdemeanor).
