MANCHESTER, NH – For the past 21 years, Peter and Christine Telge, the owners of Milly’s Tavern, have provided Christmas breakfast for 250 people from New Horizons for New Hampshire, Manchester’s homeless shelter that provides housing and food services to people and families in need. At the breakfast, critical items like winter coats, boots, and personal care products, are distributed.
On Friday, December 18 Milly’s Tavern will throw its annual holiday party where they will accept monetary donations, new or gently used clothing and non-perishable items to be distributed Christmas morning and donated to New Horizons. The holiday party will feature a silent auction, live entertainment, and an appetizer buffet. All of the proceeds from the holiday party ticket sales will go to New Horizons for New Hampshire. Tickets are $10 in advance at Milly’s Tavern, or $15 at the door. The holiday party starts at 7 p.m.
