‘Fugitive of the Week’ arrested at Bridge Street apartment

MANCHESTER, NHJordan Dearborn, 24, was arrested late this morning by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Manchester.  Dearborn was featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” Wednesday morning, as he was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for violations of conditions of supervised release.  Dearborn was on supervised release based on his prior conviction and sentence for being a aiding & abetting in a bank robbery.

This morning, members of the U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force conducted surveillance and interviews at several locations throughout Manchester, NH and the surrounding area.  Based on this investigation, information was developed that Dearborn was staying with a cousin in an apartment at the corner of Bridge and Union Streets.  Once in the area, Dearborn was quickly located and arrested in his cousin’s apartment without incident.

Dearborn was brought to the Federal Courthouse in Concord for processing and holding, pending his court appearance this afternoon.

Wednesday’s arrest was made by several task force officers from Manchester Police Department, Strafford & Rockingham County Sheriff’s Offices and deputy U.S. Marshals.

Since the inception of the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in 2002, these partnerships have resulted in more than 6,089 arrests since July 29 of 2015.  These arrests have ranged in seriousness from murder, assault, unregistered sex offenders, probation and parole violations and numerous other serious offenses. Nationally the United States Marshals Service fugitive programs are carried out with local law enforcement in 94 district offices, 85 local fugitive task forces, 7 regional task forces, as well as a growing network of offices in foreign countries.
