Police investigate double shooting on West Side

MANCHESTER, NH — Just before 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 police were dispatched to 134 Amory St. for a reported shooting. A man was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to CMC for treatment.

Police say a vehicle fleeing the scene was stopped and a second gunshot victim was located inside the vehicle, a woman. She was taken to Elliot Hospital for treatment.

Their conditions were not known.

Two people believed to be involved with the shootings are in custody, police said.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still being investigated. Manchester Police do not believe there is any danger to the public. No other information was immediately available.
