Police, DEA investigate toxic ‘drug lab’ on Lake Avenue, 3 children removed from apartment

MANCHESTER, NH –  Manchester Police are at the scene of a suspected drug lab inside an apartment at 336 Lake Avenue, which initially came in as a medical call.

Rescuers arrived to find a Haz-Mat situation due to a toxic chemical being “cooked,” which brought DEA agents to the scene.

Fire crews evacuated residents from the apartment building including three young children who may have been inside the apartment where the chemical originated. They were taken to a local hospital by ambulance.
