MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to 105 Douglas Street at 2:19 p.m. Aug. 5 based on information received from Massachusetts State Police and Natick Massachusetts police detectives informing them that Michael Tisme, a fugitive from justice wanted on extraditable warrants, may have been staying at the that West Side address.

Manchester Police patrol officers, along with detectives from the two Massachusetts agencies, arrived at 105 Douglas Street and located Tisme, 24, of Roslindale, Mass., inside. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Manchester Police headquarters.

Tisme was wanted on the following Massachusetts charges: Discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building; carrying a firearm without a license; and possession of ammunition without a Firearms Identification (FID) card. He will appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on August 6, 2015.

Police say a woman residing at that address may not have known Tisme was a fugitive from justice, and she has not been charged with a crime.

Tisme has been known to have been involved with gang activity in Massachusetts.
