MANCHESTER, NH – The US Marshals Service/New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is assisting Manchester Police in locating Billy Maldonado, 23, of Manchester, as a fugitive from justice.

Maldonado is wanted for the Sept. 14 shooting death of Jonathan Vazquez-Ojeda on Merrimack Street. Authorities consider Maldonado to be armed and dangerous.

He was last known to reside in Manchester, and is known to have strong ties to Puerto Rico, and associates in Springfield, Mass.

Identifying features: Maldonado has a left eyebrow piercing.
