
MANCHESTER, NH — On August 19, 2016 at approximately 6:45 p.m. Andrew Shea, 37, an inmate from the NH State Prison System –Calumet Halfway House for Men in Manchester, escaped from official custody when Correction Officers attempted to take him into custody for being out of place.
When officers attempted to detain Shea, he escaped on foot headed east on Lowell Street in the city of Manchester. Shea is 6 feet tall, 265 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tribal tattoo on his neck and he was reportedly wearing khaki shorts and a black short sleeve shirt when he escaped.
Shea is currently serving time for two felony level armed robberies and a felon in possession of a firearm. His earliest release date would have been January of 2017.
