LONDONDERRY, NH – After a month-long investigation, the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit on May 12 arrested Michael Toth, 22, of Londonderry, charging him with the sale of oxycodone.

After his arrest Friday, a search warrant was executed at Toth’s residence where more than $10,000 in cash and two pounds of marijuana were seized.

The evidence located during the search led to an additional charge of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Toth refused bail and is being held at the Rockingham County House of Correction until he can be arraigned on May 15, 2017 in the 10th Circuit Court District Division Derry.
