MANCHESTER, NH – Donald Thibeault, 24, of Manchester, was arrested March 4 following a vehicle search on a warrant after  his arrest during which police confiscated 101 grams of heroin with a street value of $10,000 from Thibeault’s impounded car.

A vehicle stop was conducted in the parking lot of Taco Bell, 1045 S.Willow St., at approximately 9:20 p.m. on March 4. Thibeault was in possession of a small amount of crack cocaine and was charged with possession of a controlled drug; and sale of a controlled drug (heroin) for a past sale of heroin involving an undercover officer. Detectives found 101 grams of heroin in the vehicle, with an estimated street value of $10,000, so an additional charge of possession with intent to distribute was added to his criminal charges.

Thibeault appeared in the 9th Circuit Court in Manchester on March 5 and is scheduled to appear again March 6 or the additional charge of intent to distribute.
