MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to Prout Park at 5:55 a.m. on Aug. 28 after a passerby discovered a body inside of the park, near the bleachers of the Mickey Hanagan Field.
Investigators arrived and confirmed that there was a deceased male in the park. Members of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office also responded to the park and will be handling the investigation.
Police remain on the scene, canvassing neighbors, along with investigators from the Attorney General’s office. The incident is considered “suspicious,” according to police.
